Morocco is exotic, hot and memorable. Morocco and India are very similar: women are all covered, women work very hard and lots of people are begging. But they are very different too: India has animals on the street, Morocco is cleaner, and roads are safer in Morocco.
We did an overnight camel trek in the Sahara desert. There were hills and hills of red sand stretching miles and miles, it seemed to stretch on forever. The camels were sweet, but had very stinky breath! One and a half hours later we finally got to the camp. We were glad to get off the camels because our legs were really sore. A group from England was being very loud, so we got as much sleep as them, which was 2 hours! Then we had to wake up at 5 am to see the sun come out. We were the only people who made it up to the 250 m high hill to see the sun rise. We ran and jumped all the way down to the bottom and got ready for the long, sore, stinky camel ride back.
At one of our hotels there was a 107-year-old woman! She would walk up steep stairs everyday. Her grandson also said that his cousins' grandfather was 120!! I think people live longer here because they are healthier and eat better food like olive oil.
